It's the way we think, act, speak, and love one another. It's in the way we raise our families, love our community, and seek the good of others before ourselves. Here's what makes Create Church unique.
From the beginning of time, God has been clear about His hopes for our lives. In the oldest story that we know- The creation story, we discover God's five most important beliefs about his creation. Once we believe the same things the creator believes about us, the good life is possible. The Creator sent his son, Jesus, to create a path back home for us. Once we decide to align our good motives with God’s motives, we receive salvation in this life and the next.
The Creator believes we can have a creator connection. God is motivated to connect to his creation at the deepest level. God wants a connection with us. (Genesis 1:27)
The Creator believes we can have a Healthy Life. God wants us to recognize that while everything else was called "good," when He made us, He declared it "very good." Did you know the Creator expresses His love for us in 280 verses in the Bible? Perhaps the hope is that one day we would fully believe we are "very good." (Genesis 1:31)
The Creator believes we can have loving relationships. God desires for us to love and be loved—to connect, be known, and truly know others where we live, work, and play. (Genesis 2:18)
The Creator believes we can have a satisfying career. Work, to God, was never a punishment but a blessing. For reasons known only to Him, God has chosen to use human hands to shape the world. Just as God creates, He invites His people to do the same. (Genesis 2:15)
The Creator believes we can make a positive difference. God desires for his creation to make the world a better place. God is in the business of making all things new AND the Creator wants to do it with you! (Genesis 2:19)
The Trinity- The Creator exists in all three personalties- Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (2 Corinthians 13:14)
The Church- We believe the church is the world-wide body of Christ. (1 Corinthians 12:13)
The Bible- We believe the Scriptures speak with the authority of God. (2 Timothy 3:16-17)
Salvation- Salvation is God’s free gift to us, but we must accept it. We can never make up for our sin by self-improvement or good works. (John 14:6)
